The unique initiative identifies key areas for staff reduction and high-impact technology intervention. Its indefinite extension follows a strong, measurable response in year one: users reported successful staff savings and increased productivity. Moving forward, not only will Renovotec be increasing scheme resources, but also the available consulting time available to clients.
